nWe are looking for a sales manager/growth manager/revenue manager for the flagship 1-year PGP at Altera Institute. The program attracts some of the brightest minds from around the country, and this individual will lead the team responsible for counselling all applicants.

nThis is a managerial role and this individual will carry the responsibility of the entire team’s output.

nKey Responsibilities
nRevenue Growth

Managing student experience to maximise # applicants and admissionsn
Tracking end-to-end admissions data to support the team with insights for better outputn
Closing admissions directly for select candidates that need intervention beyond the team’s effortsn
Managing downstream admission process with application forms, assessments and interviewsn

nTeam Management

Leading a team of admissions consultants to counsel thousands of aspirants to Altera Instituten
Setting goals, managing daily and weekly productivity of the teamn
Assisting the team with objection handling for key candidates to drive closuren

nWhat We're Looking For

2+ years of post-MBA or 5+ years of pre-MBA managerial experience in sales or business development (any industry)n
