RESPONSIBILITIES • Connect with individuals and potential donors to explain UNICEF’s work supporting children and women.
Communicate campaign objectives and explain how donations support child welfare, education, health, nutrition, and protection initiatives.
Engage with prospective donors in a skilled, courteous, and persuasive manner through the assigned channel (such as face-to-face, calling, or events).
Encourage voluntary donations and assist interested supporters with the approved donation process.
Respond to donor questions clearly and provide accurate information using approved campaign materials.
Maintain donor interaction records, follow campaign guidelines, and meet assigned outreach or fundraising targets.




Build positive relationships with supporters while following ethical fundraising practices and respecting donor privacy. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS • Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is an advantage.
Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, fundraising, or donor acquisition are encouraged to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging current people.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort working toward campaign targets.
Ability to explain social-impact initiatives with clarity, honesty, and professionalism.
