Executive / Sr Executive / AM / Manager Fundraising & Investor Relations

We are looking for a fundraising qualified with experience in real estate financing, debt raising and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Raise funds through banks, NBFCs, AIFs, HNIs and other investors.
Manage construction finance, LAP, LRD, project finance and refinancing.
Build and maintain relationships with lenders and investors.
Handle financial modelling, cash flow projections, debt structuring and funding documentation.
Monitor loan covenants, treasury and liquidity.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in real estate fundraising.
Solid bank/NBFC relationships and knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market.
Positive Hindi and working-level English communication skills.
Relocation considered only for Kolkata natives with prior local market experience.
