Role Summary

Provide application support for the Fundtech Global Payplus (GPP) Payment Application, including production support, troubleshooting, and coordination with clients and vendors.

What Youll Do
Supervise all alerts related to GPP application and system procedures and provide proactive services
Perform root cause assessment and debug issues in the application domain to ensure application availability
Coordinate with clients and other vendors
Provide on-call support
Support changes and deployment activities
Support production incidents and service requests

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):




Working experience on Fundtech Global Payplus application Mass pay & HC (GPP MP & HC)
Hands-on experience with Java, C++, Tuxedo, PLSQL, and web-based applications
Experience in payment system domain and payment system knowledge
Positive problem-solving skills
Valuable communication skills
Prior experience in banking application support

Qualifications

Any Computer Science based graduation
