Graphic Design Intern LXL Ideas

Duration: 3–6 months

LXL Ideas is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support our marketing and creative communication across our various brands and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Create graphics and visual content for social media, campaigns and digital platforms.
Design marketing collaterals, presentations, posters and event creatives.
Support the team in developing creative concepts and visual ideas.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs.
Work closely with the marketing and content teams on ongoing campaigns.
Adapt designs into different formats and platforms as required.

Skills Required
Robust understanding of graphic design,



layout, typography and visual communication.
Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
Positive sense of colour, composition and aesthetics.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple design requirements and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Figma, After Effects or video editing will be an advantage.

Portfolio is mandatory. Who we're looking for: Someone who is genuinely interested in design, enjoys experimenting with creative ideas and can translate concepts into clean, engaging visuals.
