We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas, stories, and social impact initiatives into engaging visual communication. The role involves creating designs for social media, campaigns, events, reports, presentations, digital platforms, and print, while maintaining a consistent and meaningful visual identity for the Dholakia Foundation.

Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Visual Communication
Create high-quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, events, and other communication platforms.
Design presentations, brochures, reports, banners, posters, invitations, and other communication materials.
Develop visual concepts that effectively communicate the Foundation's work and impact.
Brand & Impact Storytelling
Ensure consistency across visual communication by following the HK group's and Dholakia Foundation's brand guidelines.
Translate stories, data, initiatives, and impact into clear and engaging visual content.
Explore visual approaches that make complex information easy and accessible.
Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with the Media, Content, Social Media, Video, and Foundation teams to understand creative requirements.




Manage multiple design requirements and deliver work within deadlines.
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and creative practices.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative and image-generation tools for developing visual concepts, generating assets, and exploring creative directions.

Should Have
Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, Figma.
Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, composition, and visual communication.
Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs.
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
A portfolio showcasing digital, social media, campaign, and print design work.
