Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests courteously
Assist guests with reservations and seating
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
Maintain guest feedback and satisfaction records
Coordinate with service and management teams
Promote services, offers, and events to guests
Ensure guests have a pleasant overall experience
