Experience Team – Overview The Experience Team manages the end-to-end client journey, ensuring smooth front-desk operations, hospitality, sales support, and post-sales coordination while maintaining Dazzles’ service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client reception, inquiries, appointments, and customer flow.
Ensure daily store and front-desk readiness before opening.
Coordinate client movement across sales, billing, QRD, and other teams.
Maintain hospitality and service standards throughout the client journey.
Support sales teams with client engagement and cross-selling prospects.
Coordinate post-sales, alterations, feedback, and client exit experience.
Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
