About The Role

Intech Developers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead the sales function and drive business growth across its real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall sales team and sales operations.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Set sales targets, monitor performance and drive the team towards consistent results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Develop lead conversion and follow-up strategies.
Monitor the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer behaviour.
Identify new business prospects and potential markets.




Coordinate with marketing and other internals teams to support lead generations and conversions.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
Coach, mentor, motivate the sales team.

Key Requirements
5+ years of sales experience.
Real estate experience preferred.
Experience in sales leadership and team management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Valuable understanding of sales strategy and client management.
Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Targeted-oriented approach with focus on business growth.
