Job Title: Gym Manager
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily gym operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle gym staff, trainers, and front-desk activities.
Manage memberships, renewals, and customer queries.
Achieve monthly membership and sales targets.
Maintain customer satisfaction and gym discipline.
Monitor cleanliness, equipment, and overall gym maintenance.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and coordinate with management.
Requirements:
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Leadership and team-management abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in gym/fitness or sales management preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
