Role Summary The Hardware Design Engineer Intern will support the design, prototyping, testing, and documentation of reliable industrial electronics used in OSWAR/teck systems.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal circuit development.
Support selection of sensors, ADCs, MCUs/processors, communication ICs, power components, and protection components.
Create and update schematics and assist with PCB layout using engineering guidance.
Support signal-conditioning, filtering, isolation, grounding, and protection circuit development.
Assist with prototype assembly, board bring-up, validation, and troubleshooting.
Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other laboratory instruments during testing.
Work with firmware engineers during hardware-firmware integration.
Maintain BOMs, component records, test observations, and design documentation.
Learn practical considerations for EMI/EMC, ESD/surge protection, reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability.

Preferred Knowledge
Analog and digital electronics fundamentals
Basic power electronics




PCB schematic/layout tools such as KiCad or Altium
Sensors, ADCs, and MCU interfaces
Basic circuit testing and laboratory instrumentation

Qualification

Students or recent graduates pursuing/completing B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, E&TC;, Electrical, Instrumentation,

or a related engineering field.

Practical circuit design, PCB development, industrial signal conditioning, protection, prototyping, testing,

debugging, and design-for-manufacturing exposure.
