Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning

Lead social media strategy, content planning, and ensure consistent brand communication across platforms.
Team Management

Manage and mentor Brand Solutions Executives, delegate tasks, review outputs, ensure cross-team coordination, and handle escalations when required.
Content & Campaign Oversight

Oversee content ideation, campaign execution, and maintain quality across all creatives and communication.
Client Servicing

Act as the key client contact, present strategies and ideas, manage feedback, and ensure smooth execution and approvals.
Performance & Growth





Track KPIs, analyse performance insights, optimise strategies, and drive audience growth and engagement.
Execution Management

Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, maintain timelines, and manage multiple brands/projects efficiently.
Leadership & Core Qualities

Quick-thinking and solution-oriented, creatively strategic, proactive in driving execution and focused on building and nurturing a solid team culture.

What You Bring
6+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or integrated communications (agency experience preferred)
Robust track record in managing multi-platform campaigns and client relationships
Strong understanding of social platforms, performance metrics, and content planning
Performance Marketing and delivering on revenue objectives across digital channels
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Experience mentoring teams (size: 10 & growing) and managing complex account structures
