Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, UPS, and IT peripherals.
Install and replace hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard, processor, etc.
Perform OS installation, driver configuration, BIOS setup, and basic software troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, and network connectivity issues.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients and internal users.
Perform preventive maintenance and maintain service reports.
Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs and hardware replacements.
Maintain IT asset and hardware inventory records.
Resolve service requests within defined timelines.
Travel to client locations for installation and technical support when required.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / ITI in Computer Hardware, IT, Electronics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in hardware/desktop support or IT field service.




Positive knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
Basic networking knowledge.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle client requirements.
Willingness to travel for onsite support.
