Job Title: back office ? Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad ? Experience: 6 month–2 Years Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Explain company products/services to customers. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Follow up with existing and prospective clients. Maintain and update customer databases and call records. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
