Back Office Executive – Equity Broking Services

Business Related

- Placing Client Trades in system
- Clearing Pending Back Office Matters
- Tracking & Converting Potential Clients
- Marketing on Social Sites including WhatsApp
- Maintaining and updating Social Sites and adding regular content & Posts

Back Office Operations

-Daily Market Data Download

-Handling client queries

-Account Opening and account modification / updation

-Maintaining good inter-personal relation with related MOSL Staff & NLJL Clients

-Preparing Ad hoc, Weekly & Monthly Reports

-Tracking E-Mails received on E-Mail published on NLJL Website

-Revenue Reconciliation (Highlighting Reconciliation Gaps and getting them cleared with MOSL team)

-Tracking Company Ledger and reversal of undue charges levied in Ledger by MOSL

Equity Research Associate

Key Responsibilities

-Tracking Open Positions (Trade & Investments)

-Tracking Portfolios

-New Strategy Development & Back Testing of Strategies

-Tracking Opportunities form various setups and timely intimation of possible Trade & Investment Opportunities in all segments

- Ad hoc jobs as given

Qualifications & Skill Sets
- Minimum Graduate (English Medium)
- Conversant with all segments Equity, F&O;, Commodity & Currency Segments




- Flair to learn with curiosity
- Basic knowledge of Equity Technical Analysis (Candlestick Patterns, Price Action Analysis etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Fundamental Analysis
- Multitasking and ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- Never say die attitude
- Ability to analyze, assimilate and deduce conclusions
- Added advantage if from Capital Markets
- Ability to crunch data ie Price & Volume, relationship between two or more variables and deduce effective forecast of trend and fair estimation of price behavior
- Always ready to work hard and ready to get hands dirty in testing multiple permutation & combinations of endless possibilities while testing strategies until workable effective combination is ready to be deployed in live market

Required Qualifications

- Minimum Graduate (English Medium)
- Hard working with focus on getting work done (Result Oriented)
- Capability and willingness to learn and go extra mile to complete given tasks
- Added advantage if already experienced in Capital Markets and have basic knowledge of capital markets
