? WE’RE HIRING | B2B TRAVEL SALES MANAGER – TRAVEL AGENT NETWORK ✈️?

Are you someone who knows the Travel Agent community, loves building relationships, and has the ability to turn partnerships into real business?

We’re looking for a B2B Travel Sales professional who can build, grow and manage our Travel Agent network and drive business through trade partnerships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO? Build the Travel Agent Network

- Identify and onboard new Travel Agents, Agencies, Consultants & Travel Partners.
- Develop strong relationships with the travel trade community.
- Expand our B2B partner network across assigned markets.

? Generate Business

- Generate bookings and revenue through Travel Agents.
- Promote our holiday packages, destinations and travel products to B2B partners.
- Achieve monthly revenue, booking and partner-acquisition targets.

? Grow Existing Partners

- Increase business from existing Travel Agent accounts.
- Conduct regular partner meetings, calls and presentations.
- Understand agent requirements and provide the right travel solutions.

? Market Development

- Identify new markets, agencies and business opportunities.
- Track competitor offerings, pricing and market trends.




- Develop strategies to increase our share of the Travel Trade business.

? Internal Coordination Work closely with Product, Operations, Sales, Ticketing & Visa teams to ensure Travel Agents receive the right product, pricing and service support.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR✔️ 6 + years of experience in B2B Travel Sales / Travel Trade / Travel Agent Relations

✔️ Solid existing knowledge of the Travel Agent / Travel Agency ecosystem

✔️ Proven ability to generate business through Travel Agents

✔️ Strong relationship-building & networking skills

✔️ Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills

✔️ Target-oriented with strong commercial understanding

✔️ Good knowledge of domestic and/or international holiday products

✔️ Willingness to travel for client/agent meetings, market visits & trade events

YOU’LL HAVE AN EDGE IF YOU HAVE• Existing relationships with Travel Agents / Agencies

- Experience with Tour Operators / DMCs / Travel Companies
- Experience in International Holiday Sales
- Strong B2B account-management experience
- Experience conducting agent meets / product presentations
- Proven track record of achieving B2B revenue targets
