About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at EXL. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, generating actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a keen eye for detail.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop reports, and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within a consulting or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.




- Knowledge of statistical techniques and data modeling.
- Effective communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
