Azure Cloud Engineer

Shift Timing: 3 pm – 11 pm IST

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Azure Administration, Terraform/IaC, Databricks Administration, and Azure Networking . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and automating Azure infrastructure, supporting Azure Databricks environments, implementing secure networking, and ensuring the reliability and security of cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules, state management, and automated deployments.
- Administer Azure Databricks workspaces, clusters, cluster policies, permissions, and platform configurations.
- Support Unity Catalog , identity integration, access controls, and Databricks governance.
- Configure and troubleshoot Azure VNets, subnets, NSGs, private endpoints, DNS, routing, and connectivity .
- Implement Azure security using Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault , and related controls.
- Manage and troubleshoot connectivity between Azure services, Databricks, storage,



and other enterprise platforms.
- Monitor Azure infrastructure and Databricks environments and troubleshoot production issues.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure deployments.
- Work with development and data engineering teams to provide cloud infrastructure and platform support.
- Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Cloud/Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Administration .
- Strong experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code .
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks Administration .
- Strong understanding of Azure Networking .
- Experience with: Azure VNet, Subnets, NSGs, Private Endpoints / Private Link, Azure DNS and routing, Azure Load Balancer / Application Gateway, Entra ID / Azure AD, RBAC and Managed Identities, Azure Key Vault, ADLS Gen2
- Experience with Databricks workspace administration, clusters, permissions, and security .
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting is preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub and CI/CD is preferred.
