AxiomSL / ControllerView Implementation Consultant

Engagement: Contract

ExcelGens is seeking an experienced AxiomSL / ControllerView Implementation Consultant to support a regulatory reporting implementation project within the financial services and lending domain .

Role Overview:

The consultant will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand regulatory reporting requirements and translate them into AxiomSL / ControllerView configuration and implementation solutions .

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze regulatory reporting requirements.
- Participate in solution design and requirements workshops.
- Configure and test AxiomSL / ControllerView components.
- Validate data flows, data mappings and reporting outputs.
- Support implementation, deployment and migration activities.
- Participate in UAT, testing and defect resolution .
- Troubleshoot configuration, data and implementation issues.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Provide knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Contribute to implementation best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–7 years of hands-on AxiomSL / ControllerView experience.
- Strong experience in AxiomSL configuration and implementation .
- Experience with greenfield AxiomSL implementations , preferably on-premises.




- Experience delivering end-to-end implementation projects rather than only production support.
- Solid understanding of regulatory reporting processes.
- Experience with data sourcing, data mapping and data modeling .
- Experience configuring business rules and workflows .
- Strong SQL, database and data management skills.
- Banking, financial services, capital markets, risk or regulatory reporting experience.
- Exposure to Basel, COREP, FINREP or Nordic regulatory reporting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Candidate Preference

- Candidates currently based in India .
- Bangalore preferred , but candidates from other major Indian locations are welcome.
- Must be available to work 100% remotely .
