About Position:

We are seeking an experienced AWS Serverless Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance cloud-native applications on AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, serverless architectures, AWS services, API development, and event-driven systems. In this role, you will be responsible for building reliable backend services, developing modern cloud-native solutions, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and implementing secure, scalable applications.

You will collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative serverless solutions that support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda and Python.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Develop event-driven architectures using AWS services such as Amazon SQS, Amazon SNS, Amazon EventBridge, AWS Step Functions.
- Integrate AWS services including API Gateway, Amazon S3, DynamoDB, Amazon RDS, CloudWatch, IAM.
- Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable Python-based backend services.
- Build and optimize data processing, integration, and workflow automation solutions.




- Design microservices-based architectures for enterprise cloud applications.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
- Deploy and manage applications through CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production applications and cloud environments.
- Implement security best practices including IAM controls, encryption, secure API design, and access management.
- Optimize application performance, availability, scalability, and cloud costs.
- Develop automated testing frameworks and support continuous integration initiatives.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Contribute to cloud modernization and serverless transformation initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Python.
- Strong hands-on experience building enterprise-grade backend applications and services.
- Experience developing scalable APIs, integrations, and cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Experience creating reusable libraries, frameworks, and automation utilities.
- Extensive experience with AWS Lambda and serverless application development.

- Experience with AWS Serverless Application Repository (SAR).
- Experience designing scalable and highly available cloud-native solutions.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Amazon S3, DynamoDB, Amazon RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, Amazon SQS, Amazon SNS, AWS Step Functions, Amazon EventBridge.
- Strong understanding of AWS security, networking, and operational best practices.
- Experience implementing cost optimization and cloud governance strategies.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Django.
- Strong understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications and third-party services.
- Knowledge of API lifecycle management and performance optimization.
