Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Quality & Test Engineer with strong experience in Data/ETL Testing, Data Quality, SQL, Python, and AWS. The candidate will be responsible for validating data pipelines, ETL workflows, APIs, and cloud-based data platforms.

Mandatory Skills

- 56 years of experience in Data Testing / ETL Testing / Data Quality / QA Automation
- Robust SQL and complex data validation queries
- Hands-on experience with AWS Glue
- Experience with AWS Lambda
- Experience with AWS Step Functions
- Strong knowledge of Amazon S3
- Experience with AWS CloudWatch
- Understanding of AWS IAM / RBAC
- Strong experience in Data Validation, Reconciliation, and ETL/ELT Testing
- Python for test automation/scripting
- Experience in Test Automation
- API Testing / REST API Testing




- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
- Experience in Unit, Integration, Regression, and UAT Testing
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing / Data Lakes

Key Responsibilities
- Test and validate data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and AWS data services.
- Perform source-to-target validation, data reconciliation, and data quality checks.
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts/frameworks using Python.
- Test AWS Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, APIs, and data workflows.
- Perform CI/CD deployment and release validation.
- Validate CloudWatch monitoring, logging, alerts, and production readiness.
- Support security testing involving IAM, RBAC, and data access controls.
- Prepare test cases, execution reports, and defect reports.
- Work closely with Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
