Expereince: 6-10 years

Education: MBA/CA

Role & Responsibilities:

-Works across industries to build and acquire debt-financing solutions for a variety of scenarios, including government financing, vanilla balance sheet funding, project financing, sustainable solutions, sub-debt, securitization of receivables, financing for acquisitions, real estate, etc.

-To assess different structural funding scenarios, one must possess comprehension skills.

-Constant communication with coverage and internal relationship teams

-Creating financing pitches.

-Creating analytical materials, including as cash flow models and information schedules, for both internal feasibility assessments and external investors.

-Deal closure, including funding, documentation, and sanctions.

-Working with the finance team to organize and carry out the transactions.

-Working both individually and collaboratively.
