Job Responsibilities Automotive Technician

- Perform vehicle inspection and identify service requirements
- Carry out periodic maintenance and general service
- Assist in diagnosis of vehicle issues
- Perform mechanical repairs and replacement of components
- Follow manufacturer-recommended service procedures
- Use workshop tools and diagnostic equipment properly
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Complete assigned jobs within the required time
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the workshop
- Follow company and workshop safety procedures
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and other workshop team members

Career Opportunity Service Advisor Candidates demonstrating good communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered for Service Advisor roles.

Responsibilities include

- Understand customer vehicle/service requirements
- Explain service requirements clearly to customers




- Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams
- Provide customers with service updates
- Prepare and explain service estimates
