Key Responsibilities:

- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of stitching machines.

- Troubleshoot and repair sewing and production equipment.

- Maintain and adjust computerized/automatic stitching machines.

- Handle machine calibration, alignment, and changeover support.

- Maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

- Support installation and commissioning of new machines.

- Manage critical spare parts and maintenance inventory.

- Develop SOPs and maintenance checklists.

- Train technicians and operators on machine maintenance.

- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to minimize downtime.

Required Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in footwear/manufacturing maintenance.

- Strong experience with stitching/sewing machine maintenance.

- Experience in team handling and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems.

- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
