About The Role We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team at the Hyderabad TS Plant as an Entry-Level Engineer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and optimization of technical systems and manufacturing processes within a dynamic workplace.
As part of our engineering team, you will support and assist in executing strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and innovation. Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or experience in regulated industries such as Food, Cosmetics, or Pharmaceuticals is a plus.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the engineering field.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives within the manufacturing or engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new techniques, procedures, and processes to improve product quality and safety.
- Support specific tasks related to product lines, categories, or production segments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to share knowledge,
troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and safety standards under supervision to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects by providing innovative ideas and feedback.
