Roles & Responsibilities

 Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere APA Platform.

 6+ years of overall hands on experience in development role especially in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), including end to end design, development, deployment, and support.

 4+ years of direct, in depth experience with Automation Anywhere A360, including bot development, Design, troubleshooting, and production support.

 Direct, in depth experience with APA Automation Anywhere A360, including bot development, Design, troubleshooting, and production support.

 Should have good knowledge of Document Automation.

 Should have positive knowledge of SQL as well as writing complex queries and stored procedures.

 Experience working with custom and built in queues, specifically Workload Management Queues.

 Preferably should have certifications from Automation Anywhere

 Ability to design, develop, test, and optimize automation solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360)

 Skilled in designing automated solutions aligned with enterprise level best practices,



architecture standards, and design principles.

 Experience assisting documenting solution design specifications.

 Ability to build and test automation workflows, including unit and integration testing.

 Troubleshooting abilities to analyse and resolve automation software issues.

 Experience of participating in solution design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.

 Should have Agentic Automation certification in Automation Anywhere A360 and preferably working on APA use case implementation.

 Experience of working in Agile based development life cycle.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360 Platform.
- Experience in Automation Anywhere APA (Agentic Process Automation).
- Knowledge of AI Agents, Document Automation, Process Discovery, and Intelligent Workflows.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations.
- Strong SQL and database knowledge.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Good understanding of SDLC and automation best practices.
