About the Role

We are looking for an AutoCAD Trainer / Mentor with 1–2 years of practical experience to conduct online training sessions and mentor our interns.

The trainer will help learners develop a strong foundation in AutoCAD and gain practical skills in creating, editing, and interpreting technical drawings for professional applications.

This is a flexible part-time opportunity requiring only 2 hours per week, making it suitable for AutoCAD professionals, CAD designers, engineers, architects, drafters, and industry practitioners who enjoy teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 2 hours of online AutoCAD training per week.
- Teach AutoCAD concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.
- Provide practical training in:
- AutoCAD Fundamentals
- 2D Drafting & Drawing
- Drawing Setup & Layer Management
- Dimensions, Annotations & Text
- Blocks & Templates
- Object Creation & Modification
- Layouts & Viewports
- Printing & Plotting
- Technical Drawing Standards
- Basic 3D Modeling
- Drawing Reading & Interpretation
- Demonstrate practical workflows and industry-standard drafting techniques.




- Guide learners through practical drawings, exercises, and projects.
- Help learners understand accuracy, dimensions, scale, and drawing standards.
- Provide feedback on assignments and technical drawings.
- Address learner questions and provide constructive guidance.
- Introduce learners to relevant CAD practices and professional workflows.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of practical experience with AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD drafting and design tools.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and drafting principles.
- Knowledge of 2D drafting is essential; 3D knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be an advantage.
- Comfortable conducting online training sessions.

Compensation & Engagement
- ₹500 per hour
