- Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD / SolidWorks Design Engineer responsible for developing accurate and practical product designs while ensuring compliance with required safety and structural standards. The candidate should have good knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks, along with basic engineering calculations and strong design understanding.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify 2D and 3D CAD designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Generate solid and surface CAD models based on product and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts and design documentation.
- Ensure product designs meet required safety, structural and functional standards.
- Perform basic engineering calculations related to dimensions, materials, loads and design requirements.
- Convert concepts and design requirements into practical and manufacturable designs.
- Blend technical design principles and aesthetics to develop effective final designs.
- Review and modify designs based on engineering, production and client requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, production and other departments to resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure accuracy,



dimensional consistency and quality of drawings and models.
- Maintain and update design drawings, CAD files and technical documentation.
- Support prototype development, design improvements and product modifications as required.

Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong hands-on experience with SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
- Understanding of solid and surface modelling.
- Basic knowledge of engineering calculations.
- Understanding of dimensions, tolerances and technical drawings.
- Positive understanding of structural and safety considerations in product design.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and design specifications.
- Valuable visualization and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

Location: Makarpura, Vadodara Job Time: 9 am - 6 pm
