Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draughtsman – Interior to prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings for interior and furniture projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, detailing, dimensions, and execution drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for interior and furniture projects.
- Develop detailed working drawings, shop drawings, and production drawings.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and detailed drawings as per design requirements.
- Convert design concepts into accurate technical drawings suitable for production and execution.
- Prepare detailed drawings for furniture, cabinetry, partitions, wall panels, ceilings, and other interior elements.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Production, CNC, and Project Teams to ensure drawings meet execution requirements.
- Incorporate design revisions and maintain updated drawing versions.
- Ensure correct dimensions, material specifications, levels, and detailing in all drawings.
- Prepare drawings based on site measurements and project requirements.




- Support the production team by providing clear and error-free technical drawings.
- Identify drawing-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records for ongoing projects.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
- Positive understanding of interior detailing and furniture construction.
- Knowledge of materials such as MDF, plywood, laminate, veneer, acrylic, glass, metal, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings.
- Strong knowledge of dimensions, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Good understanding of production and execution processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D software will be an added advantage.

- Accuracy and quality of drawings.
- Timely completion of assigned drawings.
- Number of drawing revisions/errors.
- Adherence to project timelines.
- Coordination with design and production teams.
- Reduction of production issues caused by drawing errors.
