Project Execution: Plan and oversee facility overhauls, machinery installations, and site expansions from design to commissioning.
Budget Management: Prepare capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets, monitor project costs, and track return on investment.
Reliability Strategy: Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
Team & Contractor Leadership: Supervise internal technicians and manage external vendor contracts.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and job safety analyses.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 10 to 15 years in industrial plant maintenance or technical project management of which 5 years in leadership role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project tools (MS Project, AutoCAD) and maintenance software (CMMS)

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
