About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our team in Aundh, Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, references, job portals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and joining.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Assist with salary/offer negotiations, joining formalities, and onboarding.
Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and ensure timely closure.
Maintain skilled relationships and regular communication with candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications




3–5 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Robust understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong candidate follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to understand Job Descriptions and effectively screen candidate profiles.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize recruitment activities.
Knowledge of Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques is preferred.

Preferred Experience
Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure recruitment will be an advantage.
Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.
Experience working with multiple hiring managers and handling bulk/multiple requirements.
Recruitment consultancy or HR consulting experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
