Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive / Sr. Executive - Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:
Use AI tools for day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, documentation, reporting, communication, and productivity improvement.
Manage end-to-end recruitment using platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per approved Job Descriptions and requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage offer rollout and pre-joining follow-up.
Conduct joining formalities, induction, and onboarding activities.
Maintain joining documentation, employee files, and HR records.
Coordinate Background Verification (BGV) and maintain relevant records.




Handle employee queries and grievances and coordinate timely resolution.
Coordinate and execute training and development programs.
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Manage HR-related social media postings and employee/employer branding activities.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS, recruitment trackers, and other reports using MS Excel.
Support other HR operational activities as required.

Required Skills:
Willingness and ability to use AI tools in day-to-day HR activities.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Positive knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn recruitment platforms.
Strong MS Excel and HR MIS skills.
Valuable coordination and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and work under pressure.
Good understanding of HR processes, particularly recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
