Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and retail positions.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare JDs.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers/HODs.
Manage candidate follow-ups, offers and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.
Coordinate with agencies and other recruitment partners when required.
Support onboarding and basic HR operations.
Maintain employee and recruitment-related documentation.

Requirements
2- 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR Executive role.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Valuable sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Solid communication and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of Excel and recruitment trackers.
Ability to manage multiple positions and closures simultaneously.
Experience in retail/FMCG/e-commerce/hospitality hiring will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
