Job Summary

A Senior Tender Executive is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with departments, managing GeM and e-tender portals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and submitting competitive proposals within deadlines. The role requires solid documentation, communication, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
Handle employee grievances and workplace issues.
Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation.
Manage leave, attendance, and employee advantages administration.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Draft HR letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline / BBA/ MBA or equivalent preferred.
Positive Communication Skills.
