Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle hiring, including posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and running orientation for current hires. [1, 2]
Employee Relations: Resolve staff queries, mediate workplace disputes, guide performance management, and handle disciplinary or grievance processes. [1, 2, 3]
Compliance & Policies: Enforce company rules, ensure adherence to local and national labor laws, and assist with updating employee handbooks. [1, 2, 3]
Advantages & Payroll Support: Administer health and wellness advantages, coordinate leave requests, and assist accounting teams with payroll data verification. [1, 2]
Records Management: Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files and update data within the company HRIS (HR Information System)

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
