About Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our HR team and support end-to-end human resource operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and probation tracking.
Draft HR-related letters, emails, and official documents.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
Support payroll inputs and other HR administrative tasks.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Solid organizational and coordination skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Skills
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Knowledge of HR documentation and the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Basic understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
