Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive for our production plant at Sanand, Gujarat. The candidate should have hands-on experience in plant HR activities, payroll, statutory compliances, employee handling, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Plant HR activities and employee relations.
Handle Payroll processing, attendance, leave, overtime and salary inputs.
Manage PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and other statutory compliances.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation and MIS reports.
Handle joining, onboarding, induction and exit formalities.
Coordinate with production and other departments for manpower requirements.




Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
Support audits, inspections and other plant HR requirements.

Required Skills
3–5 years of relevant Plant HR / Manufacturing HR experience.
Robust knowledge of Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
Valuable understanding of Factory/Plant HR activities.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
Commerce graduate preferred.
Candidates from manufacturing/production plant background will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,017.64 - ₹33,109.81 per month
