HR Intern – Pune

Vishrantwadi, Pune | Work from Office | 6 Months

18 Media Digital is looking for an HR Intern who is interested in recruitment, candidate coordination, interviews, and day-to-day HR activities.

What You’ll Do
Source candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Contact candidates and conduct initial HR screening.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Assist with onboarding and HR documentation.
Support daily HR activities.

Who Can Apply?
Graduates or candidates currently pursuing graduation.
HR/Management background is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




Good organizational and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Freshers are welcome.
