Position: HR Intern

Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Assist in preparing HR letters, notices, and reports.
Coordinate with clinic staff regarding HR-related matters.
Maintain employee records and HR trackers.
Assist in staff training and employee engagement activities.
Handle HR information with confidentiality.

Requirements
Pursuing/completed degree in HR, Social Work, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Positive organizational and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a healthcare workplace.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
