Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment records.
Assist in onboarding and HR documentation.
Update daily recruitment reports and trackers.
Support placement drives and other HR activities.
Requirements
Graduate or pursuing MBA/BBA/B.Com/BA or related field.
Freshers are welcome.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
