Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Understand job descriptions (JDs) and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews and collect feedback.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Negotiate salaries, manage offer discussions, and follow up with candidates until joining.
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.




Track daily recruitment activities, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.

Required Skills
1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment or IT staffing.
Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Positive follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
