STEM Shiksha Foundation is looking for an HR Manager to own the end-to-end employee lifecycle and build efficient people systems that support our growing team.

The role focuses on managing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, HR policies and compliance, performance processes, employee records, HR systems, and employee relations. You will also oversee essential office administration, travel, vendor coordination, and logistics.

This is an execution-heavy role for someone who enjoys creating structure, solving people and operational challenges, and getting things done. You will work closely with leadership and have significant ownership in building and improving the organisations people processes.

We are looking for someone with 48 years of relevant HR experience , with robust experience in recruitment and HR operations. Prior experience in a startup, NGO, or small-to-mid-sized education organisation is preferred. Strong organisational skills, transparent communication, discretion, independence, and a proactive, hands-on approach are essential.
