Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise the housekeeping team and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and allocate daily duties to housekeeping staff.
Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures.
Maintain linen, toiletries, cleaning materials, and other inventory.




Coordinate with Front Office for room status and guest requirements.
Report maintenance issues and follow up with the concerned team.
Handle housekeeping-related guest requests and complaints.
Maintain daily checklists, inspection reports, and housekeeping records.
