Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
Administer compensation and perks programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Conduct performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Managing base salaries, processing payroll, and administering perks like health insurance and retirement plans
Overseeing regular employee reviews, setting goals, and helping staff improve their work performance.
Writing,



updating, and enforcing explicit company rules and guidelines.
