We are looking for a skilled HMC Programmer Cum Operator responsible for programming, setting, and operating Horizontal Machining Centre (HMC) machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and modify HMC CNC programs using G-code and M-code.
Set up HMC machines, including tool setting, work holding, fixture setup, and work offsets.
Operate HMC machines and monitor machining processes.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining instructions.
Select suitable cutting tools and set appropriate cutting parameters.
Perform tool offset corrections, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting.
Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
Maintain required quality standards and achieve production targets.
Ensure proper machine handling, safety, and housekeeping.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
