Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Audiologist role based in Noida. The Audiologist will perform comprehensive hearing assessments, including audiometric tests, diagnostic evaluations, and fitting and programming of hearing aids and assistive listening devices.

Responsibilities include counseling clients and families on hearing loss management, demonstrating appropriate device use and care, and providing follow-up adjustments and rehabilitative support. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical records, collaborating with other hearing care professionals,



and staying current with advances in audiology and hearing aid technology. The Audiologist will also contribute to patient education and community outreach initiatives to promote hearing health awareness.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical audiology skills, including hearing assessments, diagnostic testing, and hearing aid fitting and verification.
- Competence with modern hearing aid technology, digital signal processing, and relevant audiological equipment and software.
- Excellent patient-focused communication skills, with the ability to explain clinical findings clearly and provide empathetic counseling.
- Organizational and documentation skills to manage patient records, follow-up schedules, and clinical reporting.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Audiology or Speech and Hearing, with appropriate professional registration or licensure as required.
- Prior experience in a clinical or hearing aid dispensing setting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting.
