Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for an Audit and Due Diligence Professional. The role involves planning and executing financial, tax, and compliance audits, performing detailed financial and operational due diligence, and reviewing financial statements and supporting documentation.

Responsibilities include assessing internal controls, identifying risks, preparing audit and due diligence reports, and presenting key findings and recommendations to stakeholders. The professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams,



support transaction structuring with data-driven insights, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting, tax, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify risks and trends.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to prepare clear reports and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess core Finance knowledge, with familiarity in corporate finance, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in working with Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and notes to accounts.
- Candidates should possess practical Auditing experience, including planning, fieldwork, documentation, and reporting.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent are preferred.
- Solid attention to detail, ethical judgment, and integrity in handling confidential information are essential.
- Experience in transaction advisory, due diligence, or consulting, particularly across multiple industries, will be an advantage.
