We are looking for a passionate and innovative ATL / Robotics Teacher to lead hands-on learning experiences in Robotics, STEM, Coding, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate should be able to inspire students to explore, design, build, experiment, and solve real-world problems through technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Robotics, ATL, STEM, Coding and Technology sessions for students.
- Facilitate hands-on projects involving Robotics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, electronics, IoT and automation.
- Develop students’ skills in design thinking, computational thinking, problem-solving and innovation.
- Guide students in developing prototypes, working models and technology-based projects.
- Encourage participation in STEM/Robotics competitions, exhibitions, hackathons and innovation challenges.
- Maintain and effectively manage the ATL/Robotics Lab, equipment, tools and inventory.
- Integrate technology and interdisciplinary learning into classroom projects.
- Ensure safe and responsible use of lab equipment and tools.
- Document student projects, learning outcomes and progress.
- Collaborate with academic teams to create experiential and project-based learning opportunities.
Desired Qualifications &
Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Electronics, IT, STEM Education or a related field.
- Prior experience in Robotics, ATL, STEM education, coding or technology-based teaching.
- Experience working with school students and conducting hands-on/project-based learning.
- Familiarity with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Scratch/Python, sensors, electronics, IoT and basic programming will be an advantage.
- Exposure to IGCSE/Cambridge curriculum or international-school environments will be preferred.
- Strong communication, classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Passion for innovation, experimentation and emerging technologies.
