The Assistant Professor in Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry. They will be expected to develop and implement a curriculum that is in line with the vision and mission of the college. The Assistant Professor will also be responsible for conducting research in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry and publishing their findings in peer-reviewed journals.
Responsibilities:
- Teach and mentor students in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry
- Develop and implement a curriculum that is in line with the vision and mission of the college
- Conduct research in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Participate in departmental meetings and college-wide activities
- Advise and mentor students on research projects and other academic endeavors
Qualifications:
- A Mosters degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of pharmaceutical chemistry
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills
- Experience in conducting research and publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
