Job Overview

We are seeking target-driven Sales Professionals (Assistant Manager / Manager level) to drive business development and direct technical sales for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and structural steel products. The ideal candidates will be responsible for acquiring recent industrial, commercial, and warehousing projects, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Project Acquisition: Identify and secure orders for PEB structures across industrial warehouses, factory sheds, commercial complexes, and infrastructure projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks with Industrialists, Corporate Clients, EPC Contractors, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Architects, and Structural Consultants.




- Technical Proposal & Estimation Coordination: Work closely with the design, engineering, and estimation teams to prepare technically compliant, competitive PEB offers, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Contract Finalization: Conduct commercial negotiations, order closing, and terms of contract finalization with key decision-makers.
- Pipeline & Revenue Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, track regional project tenders, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Experience: 611 Years of proven sales and business development experience specifically within the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) or structural steel sector.
- Regional Market Knowledge: Existing client network and market exposure in Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow region), or Rajasthan (Jaipur,MP region).
- Technical Skills: Sound understanding of PEB structural components, sandwich panels, roofing sheets, and basic structural design terminology.
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Civil or Mechanical preferred) or MBA / Graduate with strong PEB industry experience.
- Joining: Quick joiners preferred.
